No. Duties and brokerage are handled on our side. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Shipping is a flat $18 anywhere in Canada, and free on every order over $100.
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Email us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number, as returns sent without one can't be accepted. Opened or used items, and anything marked Final Sale, are not returnable.
