Domestic Shipping (Canada Only)

Petcarestore.ca ships exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on most orders over $100 CAD. Eligible items will be clearly indicated at checkout. Some items may be excluded from free shipping due to size, weight, or handling requirements.

Processing Fees

A processing fee may be charged on certain items that require extra handling or special care (e.g., oversized, fragile, or temperature-sensitive products). Any applicable fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on your location within Canada. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Most items are shipped from within Canada.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Address Changes

If you need to update or correct your shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after this window, as the order may already be in fulfilment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at the email listed on our website within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
